Although we have made every effort to display the products and services as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee all the product will have similar color and shape. As vegetables and fruits might vary between seasons and locations.
Certain products and services may be available exclusively on our website for limited time and/or quantities. You are aware that product and/or booked services from o-asisonline.com are subject to refund and subject to availability. We have the right to amend your order without liability or compensation, where product is discontinued, sold out, damaged or currently not available.
Pricing, information, contents and materials of the products and services shown on our website are subjected to change without prior notice. o-asisonline.com reserves the rights to change, modify and remove any of the products and/or the services at any time without prior notice and at the sole discretion of us. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, pricing changes, suspension or discontinuance of the products and/or services, and we are not responsible for typographical error regarding the price or any other matters.
We accept payment made by online banking, debit card or credit card. Vouchers issued by o-asisonline.com on occasions are also accepted, repetitive use of the same vouchers are not permitted. Other payment method such as cheque and cash is inapplicable.
By submitting your personal information and credit/debit card, bank account or payment gateway account information, to our website upon account registration, information modification, product and/or service, you acknowledge and agree that the submitted information is current, complete, valid and accurate. Once your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including but not limited to, contact number, email address, and credit/debit card(s) number to avoid error occurrence during completing your transaction and to enable us in contacting you regarding your order update or order collection.
Upon confirmation of the order, you will need to provide us the details such as delivery date, name, address, contact number and email address. These information are important in the delivery chains, we will not be liable for any incorrect credentials provided. Flow of the task will be as follow:
Day 1: Sourcing fresh ingredients from farms and markets.
Day 2: Processing your order.
Day 3: Product out for delivery.
Do be understanding where the 3 days task flow above ensure you receive the product freshly with no retention time such as the ones in supermarket. Delivery time can be schedule between 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm on weekday, 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm on Saturday. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time will be met as scheduled, as many conditions in play such as weather, traffic, accidents, haze, etc which is beyond our control.
As you may schedule the product delivery time, please be responsible to your decisions. If you failed to collect or refuses the delivery according to the order, where any necessary actions to be taken are absence, items to be delivered will be left unattended at the delivery address. Delivery service by third party service provider might offer one re-delivery attempt, in either case we will not be liable for food quality issues.
Products are highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations, after receiving please store at temperature below 6℃ until further process.
Replacement, Cancellation and Refund
If the product happens to have a broken seal or spoilage, refund or replacement can be requested if you notify us the issue via email/call with substantial proof before the item expiry date. There will be strictly no refund after the expiry date. Under such circumstances, refund is applicable:
- Product kept according to instruction but spoiled before expiry date under sealed condition.
- Failed to deliver product due to shortage of resources or emergency events.
- Product seal broken or damaged upon receiving.
Cancellation of order is only applicable if notified 3 days prior or more before the delivery date. As the industry is fresh and perishable, individual who failed to notify 3 days prior will be charged at full amount.
For refund, include your invoice number and a brief description regarding your request in the email and send us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any refund requested without a valid invoice number will not be accepted.
Once your refund has been approved, you will be notify via email and the refund amount will be deposited into your preferred bank account automatically. The transaction shall take 5 working days. Should the refund not processed after you have checked with the bank, please contact us at email@example.com.
